After the initial 30-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
To request a refund, email us at founder@reachhighly.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 3-5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
